I’ve been trying to make a routine appointment for my daughter for 2 months. Every time I phone up I am greeted with an annoyed receptionist who doesn’t show any customer service skills and who is very rude. I am told there aren’t any evening appointments so I need to ring back the following day st 10am, working full time this isn’t possible, if I get a break in the day it’s not until 10:45 and by that time all the appointments are gone again. I have tried to talk to the receptionist about this who said ‘J don’t make the rules’. I told her I understand that but who else am I supposed to talk to then? She said she would pass it on but still can’t give me an appointment. This has been going on for months. Clearly with a broken system you would think they would find a way to solve this issue I will be leaving this practice although I have been going here for 17 years, it’s a shame!
