unfortunately had no choice but to join this obviously oversubscribed practice. took ages to receive appointments for preregister doctor and nurse
ages for specialist asthma nurse .
worst experience on phone with receptionist who simply slammed phone down when I simply asked who my appointment was with.
very disappointed that my first experience with doctor involved a misdiagnosis
"rude receptionist"
