My husband had a total hip replacement and stayed on ward 3. From the moment he wa added to the waiting list, we’re very impressed with the service he’s had. Prior to his admission even the Preassessment staff were very good, and the OT and physio staff were very knowledgeable and thorough.

All of the staff we met throughout his stay were so friendly, polite and treated him so well, we were both so impressed. Nothing was a trouble and they kept us up to date and involved in his care, it was amazing. His dignity was maintained and the staff were so professional.

Keep up the good work everyone you make the NHS proud.
