What I liked

I had brief appointments on two consecutive mornings, and both times was seen immediately on arrival (even though I was early for the first one). Staff were very quick to see me, very pleasant and professional, and explained everything well.

I was pleased that there was plenty of space in the car park and also, because the appointments were so quick, I did not even have to pay for the parking as I was in and out within 20 minutes.

What could be improved

I feel that the signs from the main car park to the reception desk could be a little clearer (to help the first-time visitor).
