Have had a lot of problems last 2 weeks with my ears, resulting in me going backwards and forwards to the surgery.

I feel I have been a bit of a nuisance, ringing up/going online to book same day appointments - would not do it unless I deemed it absolutely necessary - but I'd like to commend the staff at the practice for their patience and tolerance, but above all their thoroughness in getting me the right treatment - anti-biotics and referral to a ENT specialist. People are quick to criticise but slow to praise!

I recognise the extreme pressure the staff work under, and am very grateful for slotting in me so quickly, especially to see one particular doctor and the Rapid Access Clinic.
