(as the patient),

I went to a podiatry appointment yesterday at Bartec and I was treated very well. I had had a bad fall and was feeling under the weather but the gentleman I saw was extremely careful and really caring. I am sorry but I don’t know his name.

Every one I see there is very good and I am grateful for that. They are all very nice but this person was special.
