"Endoscopy Unit / Post colonoscopy review"

From the moment of entering the Endoscopy Unit until leaving , approx.3 hours later ,

I experienced nothing but kindness from all the Staff .

I reported in at 10.00 am and was on the table for a colonoscopy procedure 35 minutes later..

The Consultant, / Endoscopist , the

Endoscopist no: 1 and the 2 nurses were all friendly , very efficient and they put me at my ease, explaining the procedure as it happened step by step.

I refused sedation and did not experience any pain or discomfort..

The Nurses in the Recovery Room were all helpful and explained everything to me.

I am just very grateful for the way everything was handled. Thank you.
