"good service with room for improvement"

What I liked

i went in for induction for my first baby and everything was ready for me. Staff was friendly and considerate.

Delivery staff were amazing- thankyou! They really halped and encouraged me even saved me from docters interveaning and c-section which i feared!

On matty B it was pure luck who you got for care day 1 staff were amazing but day 2 staff were not intrested.

Help with my baby from the nursery nurses and brestfeeding team.

You were given food ie sndwiches etc which ever time of day you asked

What could be improved

help and support after delivery especially when you cant feel your legs after a theatre visit to stich up a tear maybe just an hourly check on baby would have been good.

Not having to buzz the staff numerous times before they come.

Some of the staff seemed bored and unintrested.

Better communcation between staff.

Anything else?

after delivery it feel like your on your own like they've done their part for the mum you are left to your own devices a bit like being dropped like a hot pan. From all that fessing before dwlivery to zero, unless you call them.
