I have rang in to the surgery today as on this website and on the actual Zulu road medical centre it says to ring in for online prescription services. As I require a repeat prescription for my contraceptive pill. I rang and they advised me I need to go in to the practice to get a form. I advised the receptionist numerous times on the call that I work in London during the week therefore I cannot come in to the practice, and now they do not open on a Saturday it is even more inconvenient. Rather than actually be helpful and offer to email the form over she just kept saying that I need to come in to the practice or send someone in with my ID. I don't know how many times I have to say to the receptionist that I WORK IN LONDON during the week. Incompetent and useless. They try and make any type of service a chore, rather than offer to take 1 minute out of the day to email the form, or offer to speak to the doctor to see if they can write a repeat prescription. USELESS!

Hi, we appreciate your feed back regarding this matter, we do however need to point out the fact that we do not state on the website that patients can call the surgery to use the online services, it states that patients can call for more information regarding this service.

We apologise for any confusion, you will need to register for the online services before you can use them, this involves presenting several forms of ID to the surgery in person, in order for us to authenticate your identity.

We do take on board the valid point that you raised regarding our ability to email you the relevant forms.

We are constantly striving to improve our service, and we fully intend to offer this service in the future.

We again apologise for your negative experience with our service.
