"Not even worth complaining."

About: Priory Hospital

After the one star review below

Of course I did contact the Secretary to see what could be done. It seems as though my side of the story was bullet pointed and misworded because the outcome addresses certain issues for which 'acceptable' justification was given. There was no mention of the comments being unacceptable. I felt fobbed off. according to the gov website, I should have been told about any progress (not randomly receive an outcome over a month later) and should have had the opportunity to talk to a complaints manager. I only spoke to the Secretary felt pushed for time when trying to explain. Never again was I contacted for more details.

oh, and the outcome? apart from the justification about most comments made, a sentence telling me the staff and nurses will "reflect on my comment"

no offer for another consultation with someone else. It's okay, I don't want it.

If any young woman (20 or younger) who feels or has been told by her gp that she may have endometriosis, decides to come here I'd advise her against it, in case she gets this consultant and gets completely humiliated.
