This review is on behalf of my dad who has just been in Wansbeck for a total left knee replacement.

He is absolutely over the moon with all of the care he has received from ALL the staff who have been involved in his care.

They are all very efficient, fantastic at what they do, kind, friendly and nothing is a bother for any of them. Dad said the food was excellent and thought it was great that you had a choice of what you wanted to have.

He couldn't get over how clean everything was, his words were "this hospital is absolutely spotless". A huge huge thank you to all staff in the Day Surgery Unit, his surgeon and his Team, everybody involved in his care on Ward 10, hospital is not the ideal place to be but it's great that we have them and dad would recommend Wansbeck any day, thank you so much.

Thank you from me too for looking after my dad, you are all lovely people and I appreciate the care and dedication of you all, thank you.

Thanks so much for getting in touch. It is our absolute pleasure to look after your Dad and make sure he had everything he needed to recover well from his knee op. It’s lovely to know that we delighted him in every possible way from the quality of care, the cleaniness of the ward and the tastiness of our food. It’s not easy to watch your Dad go into theatre without worrying, so I’m also pleased we could offer you the reassurance that you needed that he was in safe and kind hands !
