There hasn’t been a day where my midwives and their colleagues haven’t been there for me.
My labour day was traumatising. It was a scary experience cause it was first pregnancy and didn’t know what I was expecting due to being induced the staffs looked after me throughout. After my daughter was born I was kept in hospital over a week. I weren’t too well, lost loads of blood due to second degree tear an needed blood transfusion etc. After being discharged from hospital while at home I was struggling with my stitches/wound that opened up and was sore couldn’t really carry my child cause of pain. My midwives were there as soon as I rung up - someone would always pop by if I needed them. So really I can’t thank them enough.
Also 1 of my midwives has really made a massive difference to my wound after introducing me to a product called silver nitrate. It’s a life safer, I tried so many methods to ease the aches an pains but that product was a life safer. I have completely healed didn’t take that long to resume back to my normal activities, I’m just really grateful for what they have done.
