Overall this clinic is very good- I was treated well and there was no issues with my treatment. The only thing is the wait times my appointment was at 11:30 and although I was seen by a nurse at 12:30 I didn’t have any treatment until 4pm nobody told us there would be a wait or how long for communication was pretty poor between staff and patients. When I asked how long the wait would be a nurse sniggered and walked off! My only other issue was the nurse who sorted my canula he wasn’t very nice and seemed like he was in a massive rush. Everyone else was lovely and very supportive and friendly.
