"Intensive Care"

My dad had to have surgery on his head to remove a brain tumor near Christmas time and the staff that were looking after him were incredibly kind. I was upset because I didn't understand at the time that it was normal to have a bruised eye after perhaps neurosurgery but the nurse took me into a room, she helped calm me down and we had a small chat but got on really well. It's only at the PRH that you get such great staff 24/7 who are so kind and are willing to help or to let you talk to with any questions you may have
