"Excellent and efficient"

My child hurt themsevels whilst playing rugby (badly twisted the foot) we were checked in within 10minutes and seen by a nurse. My child was given an x-ray and it was determined that they had badly sprained the ankle and thankfully there were no broken bones. All the staff we dealt with from reception to the doctors and the porters that we spoke too (my child walked round but we saw porters at various points) were friendly. It took an hour from when we walked in to us being sent home. I was very impressed with the whole service we received
