"Keyhole Shoulder Surgery"

The whole experience from initial first consultation to the surgery was efficient, friendly, inclusive, timely, professional and therefore enjoyable. The Reception staff were friendly and competent. The first interview was with the consultant surgeon so there was continuity from then to the review and the surgery itself. The MRI scan was a breeze with no worries. The pre-operation appointment was simple and well explained. The following pre-operation procedures were easy to follow, and there was always information leaflets to keep me doing the necessary tasks. The day of surgery was efficient and well explained by the nurse, the anaesthetist, the surgeon, and then the physiotherapist for the after surgery exercises. The pharmacist explained the medicines given very well.

The continuity of the separate parts was excellent, and each appointment came regularly at three week intervals. There was practically nothing to fault in the whole process.
