"Their morale never faltered"

About: Victoria Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I have found the level of care in ward 44 to be of a very high standard. I am acutely aware & my surroundings and I have found the level of morale amongst stuff to be very high too. They had a very challenging night with another patient but gelled as a team to alleviate this patient's distress and confusion. Despite this lasting the whole night their morale never faltered. I selute them all!

Thank you very much for your feedback. Together as a team SCN Katie and her nurses appreciate your acknowledgement of their excellent nursing care given to yourself even during a more challenging time within the ward. One aspect that keeps the staffs morale up is the live feedback from their patients. I have shared your feedback with the team.

Thanks again

SCN Katie Black
