I have been given appointment reminders twice for another Mr Curran.
I also asked a particular doctor to access my Medical Records.
She told me to write to manager.
I was told in a note by receptionist the email address was brucegrove@nhs.net which I attempted today with no success.
It isn't even on webpage.
I have Emphysema and finding normal daily tasks more difficult, I can barely walk some days and need a trolley to aid l me walking. My whole lifestyle has drastically changed
and no-one seems bothered.
I also received a pneumonia injection last September and was told this would last me a lifetime, stopped smoking just before xmas and taken into Hospital 4th Jan 2018 with you guessed it Double Pneumonia.
I had two family Bereavements in 11 months apart My Mother then Younger Sister and was refused any anti-depressants or sleepers.
For these reasons I would give this place Minus 2 stars if this would shake the place up, but I doubt it will.
I am very proud of our NHS but rue the day I came to Tottenham and joined this practice.
I believe the Practice is advertising for new patients and can only hope they get the opportunity to read my review beforehand.
Thomas Micheal Curran.
