Needed an appointment for my 9 year-old son, not an emergency, but at 4.30pm got an appointment for 5.00pm same day. Excellent, efficient, professional and approachable reception staff at Milton Keynes Village Practice. Empathic and understanding GP who picked up another problem that we didn't even come in for.
