"We love Crown Street"

We moved to Crown Street from another practice in Acton many years ago. They do everything they can to help us, particularly when we have urgent needs.

Now that we face Parkinson's disease they couldn't be more kind and gentle with us. We understand the pressures they face and appreciate the ways they try continuously to improve their service to all patients. This is a multicultural community and their selection of staff reflects and whole culture reflects this. The doctors are marvellous. We know most of them. They work so hard and yet they never show impatience or exhaustion during our consultations. I am sure this practice must rate very highly on many fronts compared with other London surgeries.
