"Ophthalmic out patient"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Brilliant! My first out patient appointment here. I have been discharged from Taunton eye clinic and will be seen on a regular basis here in Minehead.

I saw two HCP’s. Both had time to explain everything they going to do and why they were doing it.

After my scan, the lady had time to run through the results and explain the images to me.

Her last words were “we will look after your eyes “

This was my best experience of NHS OPD. The lady and gentlemen who looked after me were so very professional.

Thank you.

Dear Neopolitan1

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of your appointment in our ophthalmic outpatients department. It’s good to hear positive feedback that the HCP explained what and why they are doing, hopefully this gave your reassurance during your examination.

I have shared your your feedback with the team in ophthalmic outpatients, if I receive any comments I will post here for you to see.

Kerry
