My mother has unfortunately developed a rheumatology condition which has greatly reduced her mobility and caused significant change in lifestyle. The Intermediate Care Team from East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership based at Kirklandside Hospital have supported her during the last two months to improve mobility at home.
The teams practical advice, support and encouragement has been really helpful in building my mum’s confidence. The speed and efficiency with which adaptations were installed has been excellent and helpful for both Mum and Dad.
An excellent service from a proactive team. Many thanks Pauline, Sandra, Lynsey and the extended team who fitted adaptations etc for your efficiency and care.
