I think the service has been marvellous, staff go out there way to keep you well informed

Very cheery bunch seem to enjoy there work.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

This is high praise indeed, thank you so much for taking the time to tell us how amazing you found the service. It always helps to be kept well informed. When we don't know what is happening, we worry more.

I also think that being with cheery folk and being able to have a laugh has real benefits to how we feel.
