Over the past 5 years I have been fortunate enough to have taken part 3 or 4 times in the back programme provided by Rotherham Physiotherapists.

My problem is ongoing, I cannot improve - the cartilage discs in my spine have crumbled and gone! Whilst I do exercises almost every day at home, I had begun to feel quite down, both physically and mentally. I was unable to straighten up when standing and/or walking, and was beginning to develop a stooping posture. I knew from previous experience that attending the back class would help me - and it did!
