I have experienced the highest level of care and respect given by all staff.

The receptionists and secretarial staff listen and seek to ensure queries and requests are actioned. The telephone is answered and every effort is made to ensure I receive the advice and/ or appointment.

I have found the GPs who responds to quires by returning telephone calls to be so helpful and appropriate.

I have experienced such care from the nursing staff and nurse practitioners.

The GPs seem to have prepared for the consultation and appear aware of my medical history. They do not hurry when explaining the diagnosis and talk through my concerns and worries. I am grateful to them.
