(as a carer),

My partner was referred by our GP to the FAB team.   We did not know what was wrong but was soon in the hands of these lovely people who looked after us both for about 5 hours.   They are such a caring and efficient team and they soon managed to get an idea of what my partner was suffering from and referred him on to a Consultant.   Parkinsons Disease - not a very nice thing to have but at least it is treatable.   Thank you so much for everything you did and still do.   Wonderful!
