"Not impressed with the new system"

After ringing at 9.10am and hearing the now new message and it says visit the website etc or hold which I did as I was unable to use my computer. I was told the dr would ring me back which they did only 6 hours later which when you are not very well I think is a bit of a long wait. On being told my script would be electronically sent (wonderful you think) my husband went to the chemist twice and no script. On ringing the surgery it’s hadnt even been sent . To think that-you now have to basically email your symptoms before 9.30am. What has happened to good old fashioned appts , how can you really diagnose certain symptoms without being seen
