This doctor was the GP of my Grandad prior to him passing away. My grandad had a terminal lung cancer and chose to die at home. The doctor was fantastic at working with the district nurses to ensure prescriptions, meds and important documentation was ready in a timely manner. He did everything he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and he always did it with a lovely manner. Having a GP like this made the whole process a lot smoother & it genuinely made the world of difference. He discussed important choices with my grandad when I wasn't there but then took time out of his busy schedule to come back when I was there and explain the decisions they had made and what all the documentation meant. I did not ask for nor expect this of him but he did it anyway. In my opinion he is one of the best GPs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I work in healthcare.
