"Appauling!! Rude!!"

Took my premature son to the drs, and he didnt read the file just offered all the medication that he is already receiving then when we tried speaking about a deformity with my son the dr actually laughed! We put a formal complaint in but still waiting for the letter. Was told it would be first class that was several days ago, also have left my son with no baby milk (prescription milk) then blamed everyone else they could, this was after the receptionist told me a bunch of prescriptions were "lost".
