"Not receiving appointments that are supposedly..."

I am under e.n.t for vertigo /labrinthitis, medication, exercises not working so was supposed to have had mri last year/this year. I actually phoned ent to say I hadn't had mri before my last appointment in July this year, I was put through to x-ray who hadn't had my referral.

I kept the ent appointment, and another mri appointment has been referred while I was there. But still not had appointment,

I am supposedly be seeing ent again 3 months from July if I have had mri. So now I have got to phone ent to follow up if they have sent the referral.

Hopefully they won't tell me this time they don't have anything to do with it and put me through to x-ray.

I wouldn't mind, but my ears are painful, also sufferering with anxiety and panic attacks.

So this situation doesn't help, amongst other illness, I am trying to get diagnosed for.

Other than this, the staff work hard, and are nice. The hospital is clean.

I would just like my referrals to be made without me having to try following them up.
