Receptionists unhelpful think they are doctors and can diagnose by phone totally unacceptable

They make you almost beg for an appointment

You cannot are a doctor until you have been first to see nurse practitioner

My son has seen both the practitioner and doctor in June problem not gone away ring for an appointment to be told no you cannot see a doctor without going through the nurse practitioner again

The system they use does not work

I was even told by a receptionist that they gave too many patients and not enough doctors

My advise stop advertising on your web page that new patients are being accepted when you cannot provide a doctors service to exsisting patients

If I ever had a major problem I would not even call I would go straight to hospital. The trauma of ringing this doctor is totally unacceptable I pity anyone who is ill or old to be put through this doctors torture
