"Having fun is beneficial to my recovery!"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Winchester

(as a service user),

I attended a Hub Quiz at Winchester Inclusion Hub. It was set up by the staff Leah and Louise.

One of the important things that is beneficial to my recovery I have found is fun! Some of the groups and meetings are very valuable but can be a bit heavy. The Hub Quiz provided something different and a good chance to meet up with Other service users. It would be great if this could be a regular thing. The staff were great.

Dear greendn59

I would like to thank you for your feedback and I am in total agreement that its important that recovery not only has structure and focused interventions but also has activities that are fun like the quiz evening, open mic and the annual celebration of recovery.

we look forward to seeing you at the next Quiz night

Sean Caddy
