"Very poor patient care"

Rude reception staff.

Never possible to get a appointment, when you do it’s with different Drs each time ,depending upon which GP you get is depending on what quality/type of care you will receive, some GPS wrongly diagnose ,some are very slap dash and don’t give you any explanation.

This surgery do not support those with disability, mental health or learning disabilities you will be passed from Doctor to Doctor I have personally witnessed DRs uncomfortable when talking to someone with a disability. There understanding to person centred care is extremely poor.

Burney st surgery is a practice where you will never get a appointment but when you do you will never see more then 2/3 people max in the waiting room.
