"What a fantastic place!"

About: York Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I have in recent years bean to the hospital more times than I like.

If it were none I would be happy, but the departments have visited include Heart unit, A&E, Audiology, MRI, CT scan, X ray, Sleep Clinic, ENT and Phlebotomy. and I would like to thank them all for their service and kindness as well as their expertise.

All of whom put this very worried patient at his ease as much as is possible. The people who criticise the NHS just don't understand how hard it is to look after us patients and still come back for more.

It sounds as though the staff you came across were living our Trust Values and really caring for you in your time of need and worry.
