"Extremely rude reception staff"

I struggle with agoraphobia and other mental health issues, most of the reception staff are usually alright and understanding of this, but a few times I’ve rang up regarding sick notes and a specific lady who answers is extremely snarky and rude, makes it almost feel as if I’m interrupting her day and shouldn’t be calling, i understand people have off days, but when you’re working on reception, I would of thought you’d be required to have atleast some people skills.

The actual doctors themselves are lovely people, but unfortunately the reception staff have left an extreme sour taste in my mouth.
