"A&E experience"

I had to go to A&E yesterday after cutting my heel. I was surprised to have to go across the road from what used to be the main A&E. The waiting area was very small and very cramped as there were so many people.. I was ready for a very long wait but It took only 2h including the 30mns treatment. The nurse who stitched my heel was very professional and very friendly.and she happily answered all the questions I was asking.
