Really stupid system, I just do not understand how you can only get an appointment if you’re there at 7:30 in the morning ??? Why can’t we just call up and book to see someone !! It’s stupid that I have to wait about all day in town so I can see a doctor rather than just booking an appointment to a time that suits me, fuming ! And the woman on the phone was incredibly rude

Monday to Friday the vast majority of our appointments are 'same day'.

These are allocated on a 'first come first served basis'.

We have weekend appointments available which are bookable in advance, please telephone reception who will be able to advise further, 0113 295 44 88.

I am sorry my colleague was rude, can you please contact me directly to discuss further.
