"At last"

About: The Simpson Centre

I had been experiencing regular (every 4-8 weeks) chest infections on and off for 4 years. Seeing specialist consultants who prescribed anti biotics and steroids. The infections cleared up and then 4-6 weeks later recurred!

January 2018 - another severe infection and I visited the Simpson Centre and the doctor.

He was the first person to say - this is not right and referred me to a respiratory specialist.

He diagnosed an immune deficiency, for which I am now receiving treatment and am really well again.

A real testament to not just prescribing more antibiotics and trying to find the route cause of an issue.

I cannot thanks the doctor enough.
