Completely devastated at the abrupt and general rudeness of the duty GP this afternoon 26.8.18 - I arrived and I was tearful, she didn't show any empathy at all, she asked why did I call today and not see my GP yesterday. Moaned that 111 staff give out weird advise as they aren't medically trained (I am recovering from surgery) then told to leave the treatment room and she would contact me later, when she found out my pathology results from the hospital as it had taken too long on the phone already!!! I left the building feeling utterly humiliated and in lots of pain
