This review is about the very poor service I received when I attended my appointment earlier this year.
Firstly I'd like to point out that I wasn't happy that I wasn't able to see my original doctor, who I get on with really well anyway. The doctor who I seen was way over board, and kept me at my appointment longer than it should of lasted.
Since this meeting, I've had multiple appointments else where, which were totally unnecessary and waste of time, as they have caused more problems than solving any.
As well as this during the course of my visit, their were other staff that were more bothered about finishing early from their shift and there were no consideration about patient care, I felt as if I had to rush for their convenience.
Overall I would say that it was far from the care I'd expect to receive from any visit.
