In accute pain and had appointment with doctor at 10..00, upon arriving 10 minutes early the receptionist just didn’t care was more interested reading her magazine.
At 10.20 I asked her how much longer it would be and was told 20-30 mins as he had urgent cases. Sat here in massive pain myself so why give me a 10.00 appointment.
