Having to explain an embarrassing problem to both reception and worse still a faceless unknown doctor over the telephone, for them to then decide if you need to be seen, makes you feel degraded and vulnerable.
Staff are courteous and welcoming, but the new triage system is not for me. Having long term health problems I need and am used to a doctor where I can create a bond, and thus feel confident discussing any health or personal issues with.
