"Very impressed with Maplebeck Ward"

About: Lynfield Mount Hospital

This ward treat my son in June/July of this year.

He still has a way to go, but I believe that the interventions put in place while he was on this ward have benefited him enormously.

I cannot thank all of you enough.

My view of Lynfield Mount during his previous admission in 2015 was poor.

Steps which have been taken since then have turned this hospital around.

3 years on its a different place.

I wish more funding was available.

I found the Carer's Champion on Maplebeck Ward invaluable - thanks!

Thank you for acknowledging the positive experience and taking the time to reflect on the improvements we have made since 2015. Knowing that your engagement with the carer champion on Maplebeck was the highlight will allow us to focus on what went well and we hope to share this with the other wards.
