About: University Hospital Of North Durham / Trauma and orthopaedics

We were delighted with the treatment my mum received during her stay on ward 12. We found all of the staff had pleasant up beat friendly attitudes and made her stay as stress free as it could be. I know dealing with patients with dementia isn't easy but staff showed a genuine caring attitude. I noticed staff dealing with other patients and they even made time to sit with patients to reassure them. The ward was clean and tidy and patients felt they were a priority.
