Unfortunately i have to agree with the other reviewers about how hard it is to get an appointment here, and even harder to actually get through on the phone.

I tend to book my appointments on the website but most of the time nothing is available and then all of a sudden one or two will appear so you have to grab what you can get and work around it.

I've only ever needed one emergency appointment and i was seen the same day thankfully, but it did involve waiting for a call back then going in, but total time from my request was less than an hour.

I am lucky enough to live in eyesight on the surgery so easy to get to for me and i really like my GP who always takes me seriously and understands my worries.

Would definitely recommend to someone who isn't in a rush to be seen!

I am pleased to hear that overall you are pleased with the service that you receive from the Practice.

Our team works hard to provide a high quality service in what can sometime be a challenging environment. We are always trying to improve appointment availability using new clinical staff, such as our recently appointed Pharmacist. We are aware that our telephone system can experience long wait times to get through.

We are currently working towards installing a new telephone system which we are hoping will lead to a significant reduction in average wait times at the end of October.
