I went to the Northampton clinic recently. I had a lovely conversation with the operator , who booked my appointment. She was kind and reassured me that I would be looked after and have counselling ect. I went to my appointment, I was abruptly called in.
Whilst I didn't feel judged, at all, I felt that the appointment was very rushed.
I had no counselling, nothing!
This was not something I ever thought I would have to do , but for health reasons, I had to make this awful decision and I thought that I would at least I have some form of counselling, like it says on the web sight and video that you can watch.
Anyway, I was there around an hour. Two weeks later I had to go back as there was a complication.
Again I was called in abruptly and not introduced. I didn't feel looked after at all.
Overall what was a traumatic experience could of been made easier!
"Horrible experience"
