I realise that people usually only take to writing a review when they have a poor experience. I am taking the time to write a review because my experience at this surgery was fantastic.

I popped in to book an appointment yesterday, I got given one for today! When I signed up to the surgery (a month ago) and popped in to make my appointment I saw the same receptionist both times - she was so helpful and lovely.

Today I saw a nurse for my cervical cancer screening - my first screening, therefore I was more than a little apprehensive. The nurse I saw was absolutely lovely, she was reassuring and made the whole process as comfortable as it could be. I would recommend this surgery to everyone for their cervical cancer screening.

I am pleased that you were happy with your treatment and that the nurse was able to reassure you.
