"Birley health centre good all in all"

(as the patient),

On my appointment I was seen reasonably on time. Though sometimes you could wait an hour. I do not mind this as it shows the doctors and nurses spend time with each patient. As in my case today I was given full explanation of results and to my questions. All in all the surgery works very well.

Firstly sorry for the late response! There has been a glitch on the system and some of my responses have gone astray!!

It is good to hear you understand that sometimes consultations take longer than the scheduled appointment, but if the patient leaves feeling they have had good service and are leaving reassured then that is what matters
