"Great courtesy, care and understanding"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as a service user),

Admitted for 24hours with a possible TIA. I was treated promptly with great courtesy, care and understanding. All emergency tests were completed within my 24 hour stay.

All the staff even though working very long hours were friendly and helpful.

I am now back home in England and would like to thank the staff at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for the excellent care they gave me.

Thank you also for sharing your experiences and I am delighted to read that you experienced excellent levels of care whilst in FVRH. I am sure the staff will be glad to know they got it right for you during your stay - I will be sure to share this with them.
