The staff turnover was too high, meaning my appointments were very far and few between, with me seeing a different member of staff each time. Although they were very friendly, this made it hard because different staff members would give conflicting advice on what to do in my case. I also felt at times that my consultations weren’t always helpful, bearing in mind I’m a patient with no knowledge of orthodontics I felt the consultant was quite abrupt and negative.
However, the assistants were extremely nice and caring everytime I saw them.
